Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. The order information gets submitted directly to the manufacturer, and they immediately begin to work on creating your order.

Every item in the Spirit Store is individually made to order; therefore, we do not accept returns.

If a product has arrived damaged or misprinted, please get in touch and we'll arrange a replacement.

Students of any age. Parents and grandparents. Alumni and special friends. The Spirit Store has created items with YOU in mind! But how do you know which size to buy?

The items in the “Kids” section are specifically sized for students in the younger grades. Students in Kindergarten, 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades should fit these items.

Students in 4th, 5th, and 6th grade might wear items in the “Kids” section while others may fit some of the items in the “Youth/Adult” section. Please reference the size guides within the products and use your best judgement.

For students in Junior High and up, items in the “Youth/Adult” section are suggested. These apparel items are unisex, adult-sized fits.

A limited number of samples are available for viewing in the administrative office. Contact Eileen to schedule a time to see one in person.

The cost of shipping to delivery addresses in the USA is free of charge.

For orders with multiple items, items may ship individually and arrive at different times due to the use of different manufacturers based on the product type.

You will receive tracking number(s) for each shipment from your order.

Most of our products are
sourced and manufactured in the USA, but some are produced overseas and may
incur a slightly longer delivery time.

All items are shipped from
the manufacturer directly to your door.

All proceeds from our Spirit Store sales go directly to the school’s Annual Fund. Now you can look stylish and support the school you love!
